The next STITCHATHON Extra Help Session will be held on:

This time will be used to practice or get additional assistance with any of the hand embroidery stitches you have learned to date at previous STITCHATHON Workshops.

​

If you were unable to attend a STITCHATHON Workshop and would like to catch-up and learn the hand embroidery stitch you missed at a prior STITCHATHON Workshop, the Extra Help Session will give you the opportunity to do that too.

​

We will be providing assistance with the hand embroidery stitches taught to date, which are the straight stitch, back stitch, split stitch, stem stitch, chain stitch, blanket stitch, turkey work stitch, fill stitch, and the french knot stitch. We will also be providing help with the wall hanging sleeve embroidery and wall hanging assembly.

Below is the list of materials to bring with you to the STITCHATHON Extra Help Session:

​

- 8-1/2 x 11 inch piece of white cotton fabric to practice stitching on

- 6 inch embroidery hoop

- Embroidery needle and needle threader

- DMC cotton embroidery floss (6 strand), any color.

 

Feel free to bring any of your Embroidery Circle Stitchathon embroidery kit(s) with you too, if there is anything you would like to review or work on.
